Preferred Cargo (formerly known as Red Sun Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd) was incorporated in Malaysia in year 2010 and has been actively involved in the Malaysian travel industry. Throughout the years, we have managed to develop valuable relationships and extensive network with partners worldwide. In October 2013, it changed its name to Preferred Cargo Sdn Bhd to reflect the new vision and its focus in the air cargo business.
Our objective is to be a “Preferred Cargo Solution Provider“.
Preferred Cargo together with its global partners, are highly experienced in handling air cargo movement from South East Asia to any parts of the world. Currently our loads are being channeled using various airlines. Our key markets include the India Sub-continental and South Asia. Preferred Cargo Malaysia initiated BKK/MLE project which generated a huge chunk of MH cargo lift from BKK. As a result, we became the biggest player of this trade lane for MH in Thailand. Something which we have successfully developed in less than 12 months. A feat which we are pretty proud of.
In year 2015, Preferred Group also established Preferred Air Cargo Cambodia with its Office located in PNH.

Shahrulnizam Shaharudin founded Preferred Cargo in 2014. Having vast experience within the industry for almost 2 decades, monitoring various business division such as passenger GSSA in 2009, unaccompanied excess baggage division and also handling cargo sales and trucking division for a top GSSA company in Malaysia before venturing into Preferred Cargo Sdn Bhd.
A Local Industry expert, Rodziah has more than 2 decades of experience managing cargo sales with her last position as IAG Cargo GSA Commercial Manager – Malaysia, a position she held for over 15 years. She currently oversee Preferred Cargo Malaysia Branch daily business activities.
